How do you know when you have met the person that you are destined to be with? Is there such a thing? Does destiny play any role in who makes you happy and who doesn't? Are some people placed into your path with the sole purpose of tripping you up? You know the one, he comes along and shakes the very foundation of everything that you held true about love. A massive earthquake that breaks apart every wall that you have built around your heart. A single smile from him shines like a ray of sunlight warming the cold, dull ache that you feel in depths of your soul. The dazzling way that his eyes twinkle when he laughs at something you said. The tingle that you feel when he kisses you and the way that your heart pounds when he holds you close........what do all these things mean???
Does it mean that he is the one that you are destined to be with or that he is the man that you have searched your whole life for? I have met a man who affects me in such a way, but unfortunately he is not ready to pursue anything further than friendship with me. He is a dear friend to me and I truly treasure his friendship. I believe that he has deep feelings for me also and only time will tell if this will blossom into the beautiful relationship that it could be.
